WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL:

  • Exclusive use of the Venue (2,000 sq ft) ​

    • 100-175 max capacity​

  • Minimum of 4 hours... 1 hour of set up time is given.

  • $200 per hour for private rental of venue

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Also, it’s a $50 bartender fee due upon arrival.

  • Use of available tables and chairs

    • 6-foot/8-foot rectangular tables

    • 60" round tables

    • 50 Folding black chairs 

  • Bluetooth Audio System

  • No Kitchen

  • 65-inch smart TVs and Free Wi-fi

  • Outside Catering/Food are permitted in the venue

  • Full bar available with bartender on site for your event (alcohol package available upon request)
